All orders ship directly from the 7Artisans facility in China. Standard express delivery takes 15–30 business days; expedited shipping cuts that to 7–15 business days. Spend $79 or more and shipping is free worldwide — most lenses clear that threshold individually. Import duties and customs charges are not included in any listed price, so factor those into your landed cost if you are ordering from outside mainland China.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. You must email info@7artisans.com before sending anything back — unsolicited returns may be refused. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
