US orders of $99.99 or more qualify for free shipping via USPS, Amazon Shipping, or FedEx, arriving in 5–10 business days. Below that threshold a flat $9.99 rate applies. Important: shipments cannot reach Colorado, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Canadian orders ship free at $300 or above, with a $29.90 flat rate below it. Checkout-calculated delivery is also available to the UAE and Australia.
Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging with tags intact. Opened scent oils, sale items, and custom products are final sale. Change-of-mind returns ship to the Shenzhen, China warehouse at your expense, so factor in international postage before ordering. Defective or damaged items must be reported within three days of delivery — Aromadd covers that return label.
