Why A Code Might Fail
Copy your selected promo code from our listing and head over to the checkout page.
Add your favorite handmade wool, jute, or cotton area rug to your shopping cart.
Paste your discount code into the designated promo box during checkout.
Verify that the total price updates correctly before submitting your final payment.
Shipping & Returns
We provide free shipping across the continental US on all orders, ensuring your handcrafted rug arrives safely from our ateliers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of our straightforward 30-day return policy for eligible items. Promo codes cannot typically be combined with clearance markdowns or pre-discounted factory-direct specials, so check your cart terms if a code refuses to apply.
